What we collect and what we do with it, and the terms your order is sold under.
Only what an order needs: your name, company, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and the items you ordered. If you call us, we keep a record of the conversation so the next person you talk to does not make you repeat it.
We use it to quote, ship, invoice and support your order, and to reach you about that order. We may email you about products and pricing if you have bought from us; every one of those emails can be stopped by replying and telling us to stop.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the carriers, payment processors and service providers who have to handle it to complete your order, and only the part of it they need.
Card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Prices on this site are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice; the price we confirm on your order is the price that holds. Products are subject to availability, and we will tell you before your order ships if something is short.
An order placed through this site is a request. It becomes a sale when we confirm the items, the freight and the total with you. That is also when we catch an obvious error before it costs you money.
Follow the directions and dose rates on the label. In limited-slip differentials and hydrostatic drives, treat at 1% and no more. Our fortifiers are not recommended for automatic transmissions requiring friction modifiers. If you are not sure whether a product suits your application, call before you use it — that call is free and a wrong application is not.
We warrant that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform to their published specifications. Our responsibility on a defective product is replacement or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
