What it costs to get it to you, what is excluded, and what happens if it turns out not to be right.
Orders over $100 ship free within the lower 48 states. Motor oil is the one exclusion — it ships at a weight-based ground rate. A case of oil weighs what it weighs, and we would rather show you the real number than fold it into the price of every bottle on the shelf.
A five-gallon pail goes in a carton and rides FedEx Ground, so you can put it on a card here. Pails and 5-gallon motor-oil jugs carry a flat $60 shipping charge each — it is printed on the size row before you add one, and it is the same number at checkout. The pail still counts toward the $100 threshold, so quarts and gallons in the same order ship free.
55-gallon drums and pallet quantities move on a freight carrier, not a parcel truck. Call 800-735-6438 with where it is going and we price the freight to your dock, then confirm the total with you before anything is billed. The number you approve is the number you pay.
Quarts, gallons, cartridges and motor oil jugs check out by card on this site. The shipping line is on the checkout page, above the pay button, before you enter a card — nothing is charged until you have the full number in front of you. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card.
If a product is not right for your equipment, call us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. We stand behind every product we blend.
Tell us within 7 days and send a photograph of the carton and the product. We replace it or refund it and cover the freight both ways. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled — the carrier will ask for it.
Freight to a residence, a job site or a remote address, a shipment that has to hit a date, an order going outside the lower 48 — call 800-735-6438, 8:00 to 5:00 Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Somebody who knows the products picks up.
